Thaer Flieh, PE, Founder & CEO
Professional Background and Expertise
Thaer Flieh brings more than 20 years of distinguished experience in electrical engineering and critical infrastructure development to his role as Founder & CEO of Dunlieh Group. His career began over 20 years ago with designing and building operating control centers for utilities, helping them operate power grids. He then progressed to designing and building transmission lines and substations, contributing to some of the nation's most significant infrastructure projects.
During his tenure at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Burns & McDonnell, Black & Veatch, SunEdison, 8Minute Energy and other leading development, engineering and construction firms. Flieh led teams on large scale transmission line and generation projects over two decades. His experience spans utility transmission, distribution, and power generation development, having contributed to the development and construction of more than 10 gigawatts of transmission utility infrastructure, and over 15GW of power generation projects years.
Vision for Energy Independence and Community Development
Flieh's experiences, witnessing how power outages affected everything from education to healthcare and people’s life in general, shaped his passion for energy independence and resilience. He founded Dunlieh Group with a mission to drive this vision and make local power available for communities. His approach focuses on localized power production and consumption, moving away from traditional models where communities consume energy produced elsewhere.

Mrs. Park is a Renewable Energy Executive with more than 16 years experience in utility-scale solar and BESS origination, business development, project development, and powermarketing. Mrs. Park has held positions as market leader of Hawaii for companies such as NRG and Clearway Energy, as well as covering markets across the country as an origination and development market leader at SunEdison and Axio Power.

Mr. Jacob Thomas is a distinguished Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Hydrogen and LNG liquefaction technologies, with a proven track record of developing industry-leading solutions. With decades of experience in energy infrastructure, process engineering, and advanced liquefaction technologies, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of clean energy. Patent Holder – Inventor of a U.S. patent on Hydrogen and LNG liquefaction technology, demonstrating his innovative contributions to the sector.
Mr. Thomas has held senior leadership positions in major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms and oil & gas giants, where he led large-scale energy projects worldwide: Bechtel, Fluor, Foster Wheeler and others leading companies.
Developer of high-efficiency storage and liquefaction solutions for large-scale clean energy projects. His focus remains on integrating cutting-edge technologies to achieve lower carbon footprints, higher efficiency, and cost-effective implementation of next-generation liquefaction systems

Bruno Pollet, Senior Advisor
Prof. Dr. Bruno Georges Pollet BSc(Hons) MSc PhD FIAHE FRSC, is an electrochemist and electrochemical engineer, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a Fellow of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy, director of the Clean Hydrogen Lab and co-director of the Hydrogen Research Institute in Canada. He has worked on Hydrogen Energy in the UK, Japan, South Africa, Norway, and Canada, and has both industrial and academic experience. He has been involved in Hydrogen strategies in various countries. He is a prolific scholar, collaborator, and mentor. He is also regarded as one of the most prominent Hydrogen experts and one of the Hydrogen "influencers" in the world.
