We work with local utilities & power providers to develop large scale (200MW to 1.5GW ) powered land for data centers in premium locations to close the gap between constrained power supply and rapid demand. Utilizing natural gas power and other power solutions.

Powered Buildings for AI Data Centers

We develop powered land and buildings to house AI data centers and work with top tier building solution providers and equipment suppliers to provide turn key solutions. This includes the building’s shell, gas power plants, UPS systems, switchgears, cooling chillers, and other necessary equipment to support data center operations.

Fiber Optic Interconnections

With today’s rapid growth in new data center capacity, there is huge demand for large bandwidth and dark fiber. We recognize the need for development of new fiber optic links. Our team of fiber optic engineers, right of way acquisition team, and installation experts are developing new links to interconnect our AI data centers locations to data center markets & hubs.
